Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey from Venezuelan parents I was always a very curious, very loud little girl. I had a fun childhood with the freedom to explore life and learn. As a small child I would alway wonder if there was more to this world; more than what meets the eye. I would question everything and everyone and to this day I still do.

I was eager to learn about life and why things were they way they were? Why humans did the things they did? I’ve always wanted the answers to having a better a life and being a better person. At my core I knew I had a greater purpose in life. When I would play I wasn’t pretending to be rich or famous I was playing teacher, lawyer, or counselor because I knew even as a child that I just wanted to help others find a way to be happy. I have always felt that our only purpose in life is to help each other.

It wasn’t all rainbows and butterflies thou. It was in fact accompanied by a bit of darkness. I want to say that around the age of 6 I had my innocence taken away by a family member. Because of this I grew up thinking there was something wrong with me. I always felt like some how I was a bad person because she was a girl and for a long time I didn’t know if I liked girls or boys. I didn’t feel good enough and most of all at my core I just didn’t feel safe.

It wasn’t until I got much older that I realized how what she did to me really had a long term negative effect on my life. I knew it was wrong, but most importantly I knew I had to find a way to forgive her and forgive myself for holding on to it for so long. It wasn’t until I went through one of the Heal Your Life workshops that I realized just how much this incident had effected me throughout the years. During the workshop I allowed myself to feel those feelings, release them and immediately I felt the shift within.

I initially started my journey of self-love and self-discovery after a devastating heartbreak. Like all of us I wanted a quick fix and I started to research different methods of healing a broken heart. During this time I came across the amazing work of Louise Hay. Her book You Can Heal Your Life had such an amazing impact on my life that I knew I had to get certified and teach this work. I  wanted to become a life coach and help others apply this work to their lives.

It’s ironic to me that while searching for the cure to a broken heart I ended up embarking on a path that lead me to a deeper understanding of spirituality, self-love, and self-awareness. My broken heart ended up uncovering such a beautiful gift and for that I most grateful. Ultimately, what I came to realize and understand was that I had the power within me to heal my broken heart and save myself. I learned so much about spiritual law and the true nature of “karma”. I changed the way I looked at life and life just started to change. Things began to get better, life started smiling at me and I got the courage to purse my passion of spreading love and helping others be happier!!

As a woman I know far to well how demanding life can be, how much of ourselves we give to others, and how much we want to save everyone and always forget about ourselves. We give and give and give yet we don’t take the time to give to ourselves. It is one of my goals to help other woman learn to indulge in self-care, radical self-love, and to learn to put themselves first and give to themselves. I have learned that if we don’t make ourselves a priority no one else will, and most importantly we won’t have anything left to give to others.

As a life coach I aspire to help others uncover their power. I want to help them realize that they too can learn to heal themselves and transform their lives. I believe we are all special and unique yet we all poses the God given power to create a life that we love and can enjoy. I believe in laughter, joy, and happiness yet I also encourage embracing some of our darker qualities to be able to create balance in our lives.

To be clear Life coaching isn’t about solving all of your problems or making them disappear. Rather life coaching and workshops are about learning to cope with life and problems in a loving calm manner. It is about allowing Love to guide you rather then fear. It allows for you to dig deeper and it gives you techniques to help release any emotions or blocks that may be holding you back in life.

Throughout my life I have accumulated so much knowledge from endless hours of studying, reading, meditating, trainings, and researching; I am both eager and thrilled to be able to have a platform where I can share it with the world. I am a student for life, a teacher at heart and I look forward to continuing my journey of learning and loving more of myself and of life.
